It's simple!
Every plumbing repair is unique, therefore it is necessary that we come to your home or business to look at, determine, and discuss your plumbing problem and needs. The cost of our Dispatch Fee ranges from $35 to $55 depending on driving time. Start by contacting us to schedule an appointment and we will agree on a dispatch fee before arriving to your home or business.
Upon arriving at your home or business we will discuss your plumbing problem or need with you and look at the specifics of the required work. Once we assess your specific problem or need we will provide you with solutions for correcting your plumbing problem and the costs associated with it. Upon your decision to implement a specific solution, we will agree on all of the costs of the repair(s) before starting any work. Plumbing Solutions' upfront problem-solution pricing is intentionally designed to remove the ambiguity and stress service and repairs can cause home and business owners. No one enjoys unexpected financial surprises, especially when a technician has completed the work and you had no idea what to expect and now have absolutely no choice but to pay the bill because the work has been done. This will not happen to you with Plumbing Solutions.If you decide to decline our proposal and cost of repairs we ask that you pay the prior agreed upon Dispatch Fee. However, the nature of some plumbing problems require that we conduct work to reach and determine the actual problem (leaks underground, removing sheetrock, etc.). If a substantial amount of work or time is required to locate a problem, we will include the cost of this diagnosis into the proposal for repairs. In such cases that we have to work to discover the problem, if you choose to decline our proposal for any reason after we have worked to uncover the problem, you should expect an additional $65 Diagnosis Fee. Our up-front pricing system is competitive and designed to prevent any uneasy or awkward situations or suprizes for our customers and technicians.
