The business has deep roots in Central Texas. The owner, Daryl Griffin, is a licensed Master Plumber (M-38199) in the State of Texas, and he has been providing plumbing service in San Marcos and the surrounding areas for over 10 years. As a resident of San Marcos during this entire time, Daryl has grown to know the city, the people, and the culture. Darrin Griffin, Operations Manager, is a licensed Tradesman Plumber who maintains the business logistics of Plumbing Solutions and spares no expense to ensure the highest quality of customer service and quality workmanship with the products the company offers. The unique chemistry Daryl and Darrin have for their partnership, business, customers, and plumbing allow these siblings to succeed in the many facets involved in running Plumbing Solutions.

Plumbing Solutions was created due to the need for better plumbing service in San Marcos and Central Texas. It started with the visions Daryl and Darrin shared of what a superb service company should be like. Developed from the bottom-up, a lot of thought and time was put into planning and development of Plumbing Solutions. Today, over two years later, Daryl and Darrin continually look back to the Vision and Values they hand-wrote before stepping foot into the first customer's home. The same smiles, enjoyment, satisfaction, customer service, and quality work is found at the company today. It is with real pleasure that we submit this letter of appreciation concerning Plumbing Solutions for the excellent service we received from Daryl and his company. Upon receiving our call Plumbing Solutions came out immediately and correctly diagnosed our plumbing problem. Knowledgeably and efficiently they repaired the problem with utmost speed and you could see the personal pride they took in their craftsmanship. We were just as impressed with their courtesy and their willingness to explain what Plumbing Solutions were going to do as they proceeded efficiently to take care of our hidden water leak.
